Due to the increased order volume on Black Friday, the delivery time is up to 14 business days.

All orders are shipped chronologically: First Come - First Served.

Once your order is on its way to you, you will receive a separate shipping confirmation email.

Currently we close our online shop for 2 weeks after Black Friday. During this time our shipping warehouse will be working at full capacity to ensure your order arrives before Christmas

During this time you can only buy gift vouchers in our online shop. These can be redeemed online and in our retail stores.

Our 4 retail stores will remain open for you.

You can cancel orders within 30 days of receipt and return them to us. Returns from Germany, Austria and the Netherlands can be sent back to us free of charge. Please use our returns portal.

Please note that due to the high volume of orders on Black Friday, it can take up to 2 weeks for returns to be processed once they arrive at our warehouse.
