  • Taxes and duties are already included in the product price
Other non-EU countries
  • FedEx: €24.90
  • Import duties and fees may be levied by the destination country (to be borne by the customer)
  • No duties or taxes are charged during checkout
  • Please inquire with your local customs office in advance

RETURN POLICY (GERMANY, AUSTRIA, NETHERLANDS & FRANCE):

Return Period
You can revoke orders and return them to us within 14 days of receipt.
Return Costs
Return shipping costs are €5.90 and will be deducted from the refund amount.

Exception: If you choose a refund as a voucher (selectable in the portal), return shipping costs are waived completely!
Important Note
For processing, all items must be selected in the returns portal. Unselected items cannot be considered in the return process.

Note for Non-EU Countries
For returns from non-EU countries, it is mandatory that they are correctly declared as returns. Please note that we do not collect shipments from customs and do not cover customs costs. If customs fees are incurred upon delivery, we unfortunately have to refuse the return.
Defective & Incorrect Items
If you need to return an item because it is defective or incorrectly delivered, we will examine this on a case-by-case basis and refund the return shipping costs. In this case, please contact our Support Team.
