  • Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Italy, France, Spain, Belgium & Luxembourg: 5,90 € - free delivery from an order value of 150 €
  • Switzerland: CHF 9.90 (duty-free delivery)
  • Other countries within the EU: 9.90 € up to 14.90 €
  • Other countries outside the EU: 24.90 € (no duty-free delivery)

Returns

  • LFDY provides a free returns label for orders from Germany, Austria, Switzerland and the Netherlands.
  • For returns from these countries, a returns fee will be charged depending on the size of the return and the order value.
    • Complete return (all items returned): A fee of 5.90 in the respective national currency will be automatically deducted from the refund amount.
    • Partial return (at least 1 item is kept): Order value over 150: A fee of 5.90 in the respective local currency will be automatically deducted from the refund amount. Order value under 150: No return fee.
