Italy, France, Spain, Belgium & Luxembourg

FedEx: 5.90 € (free shipping on orders of 150 € or more)

Switzerland

Swiss Post: 9.90 CHF
Delivered duty-free (no payment required upon receipt)

Other countries within the EU

FedEx: €9.90 to €14.90
Taxes and customs duties are already included in the product price

Other countries outside the EU

FedEx: €24.90
Import duties and fees may be charged by the destination country (to be paid by the customer)
No duties or taxes are charged during the checkout process

RETURN POLICY (GERMANY, AUSTRIA, THE NETHERLANDS, & FRANCE):

Return Period

You may cancel orders and return them to us within 14 days of receipt.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are 5.90 EUR and will be deducted from your refund.

Exception: If you choose to receive your refund as a gift card (selectable on the portal), the return shipping costs are waived entirely!

Important Note

All items must be selected in the returns portal for processing. Items that are not selected cannot be included in the return process.

Note for Non-EU Countries

For returns from non-EU countries, it is mandatory that they be correctly declared as returns. Please note that we do not pick up shipments from customs and do not cover any customs fees. If customs duties are incurred upon delivery, we will unfortunately have to refuse the return.

Defective & Incorrect Items

If you need to return an item because it was defective or the wrong item was delivered, we will review each case individually and reimburse the return shipping costs. In this case, please contact our support team.
