• Germany, Austria, Netherlands, Italy, France, Spain, Belgium & Luxembourg: 5.90 € - free delivery from an order value of 150 €
• Switzerland: CHF 9.90 (duty-free delivery)
• Other countries within the EU: 9.90 € up to 14.90 €
• Other countries outside the EU: 24.90 € (no duty-free delivery)

Returns

• You can cancel and return orders within 14 days of receipt. Please use our returns portal:
• To process a return, all items must be selected in the returns portal. Items that are not selected cannot be considered in the returns process.

Return costs:

• The return costs are EUR 5.90 and will be deducted from the refund amount.
